At Brows by Mila, the safety of you, your family, and our technicians is taken very serious.  To ensure that we adhere to the proper protocols for opening the salon, we have instituted for following COVID-19 guidelines:

1. ALL Clients must wear a face mask.

2. Our technicians will also wear a face mask.

3. Only 1 client will be permitted in the room at a time.

4. We will schedule extra time between appointments to properly clean and sanitize the room.

5. Clients must sanitize their hands BEFORE and AFTER the appointment.

6. Our technicians will wear gloves to ensure our safety and your safety.

7. If you arrive early to your appointment, we ask that you please wait in your car until your scheduled appointment time.

8.  Although the credit card portal will be available, you can pay by Zelle or Venmo. 

9.  ALL CLIENTS must submit a COVID-19 questionnaire and must agree to these guidelines prior to booking an appointment. Appointments WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED until a questionnaire is submitted.
